Craig Herndon is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in payer strategy, network administration, product innovation, and enterprise analytics. Prior to co-founding PrecisionHealth TPA, Craig served as Assistant Vice President of Network Administration and Analytics at one of the nation’s largest network management organizations, where he oversaw provider data management, client implementation, and healthcare economics.
Throughout his career, Craig has led complex cross-functional initiatives spanning claims optimization, fee schedule analytics, and network value strategies. He brings a sharp focus on execution, transparency, and measurable client impact. At PrecisionHealth TPA, Craig is responsible for driving go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, investor relations, and organizational growth initiatives.
Craig holds both a BSBA and MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and is known for bridging analytical rigor with market-facing execution to deliver value for self-funded employers, brokers, and vendors alike.
